Hi, new to this type of vehicle but am an experienced car mechanic. I am looking to buy a surf 3.0ltr diesel 2nd generation surf. Do they come with any comman faults to look out for when checkin one out for purchase?

Hi for more info try a search on here its a subject covered many times before.
For starters check all electrics, especially rear window for smooth operation, check air con & 4wd system.
Then its usual checks really, starting from cold, suspension, body work etc etc etc
