The Vow2 is an inline glow plug fuel heater. The Vow2 has been built with the aid of expert mechanics and engineers. It has been extensively tested for over a year with no known problems having ever been noted. The Vow2 is probably the most effective electric fuel heater currently available for the money. It is a 12volt heater that unlike some other inline heaters reaches a high temperature in 2 minutes. No need to have difficult starting or wait for water temp with other heat exchangers. By the time your normal glow plugs have heated the engine the fuel temp is sufficient for starting. Ideal for a single tank convertion.
The unit fits inline before the fuel filter and heats the fuel up to around 75-80oC. Fuel heat will not exceed 90oC. Fits 8 and 10mm fuel lines. Heat chamber is 50mm x 50mm x 25mm. Total hight with plug is 80mm. Total length with inlets is 130mm.
The heater is fitted with a thermal cutout relay to prevent fuel overheating. This unit is a must if you use SVO/WVO as we are going to have a very cold winter. This heater is safe to use with Bio/SVO/WVO/Diesel or any mix. Comes with all parts needed for fitting as well as a simple to follow diagram and instructions. Can be fitted by any competent DIYer.
