Will the Head blow

Hi Surfers, If i was to buy a Surf with no overheating probs. will it just be a matter of time before it blows or is their things you can do to ovoid this problem. Thanks.

Type cylinder head in Search in menu bar above.
some of the 2.4 heads go, but not all, they are the ones you hear about.
2.4 with design new head and paperwork is the way to go there.
Go for a 3.0 if you can they are less likely to go.
