    hi i got some oil today .two bottles what the best way of geting the oil in to the viscous clutch.

    You need to remove it by undoing the four nuts on the pulley, then laying it down on a flat surface and seperate the two halves to be able to fill with oil.

        There was a write up on here....best tip was to use an impact screwdriver for the screw heads......

          I used my cordless set on reverse/hammer action.














          Then I thought Bugga all that faffing about, I'll fix it solid instead !
