Eyyup surf fanatics! Just wondering if any of you have a tow bar fitted to your surf and could i get a few foto's so i could copy and fit one to mine. Cheeky maybe, but damn cheap, cos my gaffer says he'll make me one if he knows what he's looking at. awaiting your reply

if you search google you should find a fitting instructions manual somewhere with sizes etc too!

Hello mate, i just bought one on ebay from towequipe, about £100. Made out of laser cut 8mm plate, very easy to copy though. Will have truck back in week or so from TonyN- he is putting new engine in it. If i remember i will post some photo's.

ditto , me too . got to say that costing in your time the ebay one seems a bargain . the cross piece is straight forward but the side cheeks although simple will need jigging . bolt sideways to chassis x3 and has a angled bracket to allow bolting to the underside of the chassis x1 . requires a spacer tube for the front bolt . good luck . or £103 delivered to your door . includes the exhaust remounting plate , electrics , towball too . fitting easy but wiring a pain still haven't finished so have hidden the car end out of sight .
