Help Rear Window

Hi all, i just opened my rear window to use the boot and it wont now move up or down.
I can hear a click on pressing the rear window switch and it doesnt move with the key either!!!! Is there a specific fuse or a relay i can check and can i manually raise the window , if so how ? i have removed carpet and plate and checked but dont really know what im looking for

Give the rear wiper a wiggle to make sure it's 'parked' properly, then try again.
