fuel/electrical problem

can any1 help my jeep was ticking over and just cut out. i can pump the fuel through manually 2 fill the filter but it still wont start i hav tried testing the solanoid but iam not getting any power 2 it. 2 me it seems 2 be an electrical problem is there any fuses relays etc 4 the pump i hav checked the obvious places but cant see anythin help will b appreciated.

Niftynev has helped on this stuff before under 'fuel shutoff valve' or solenoid (not) or something similar. Search under the above along with his name....
