You will need the ECU, wiring harness and probably a lot of other stuff.Could be a nightmare.

You could probably do it this way round, the wiring to fit a auto in a manual truck would be harder.

You may get odd engine fault lights if the ECU is waiting to get info from the autobox. But it should run OK.

As long as the crankshaft fitting is the same for auto and manuals.

Personally I'm not sure its worth the effort, but you must have reasons.
