It stands for Pitch Core Diameter

Basically, it's the diameter a circle would be, if it were drawn throught the centre of each stud or bolt hole in the wheel (or on the car)

    It just does, OK?

139.7mm on my '92 so should be same for yours even though it's a later model.

The offset is not always marked the same place as rim size . It can be cast in the rear of the wheel rim or stamped in . Depends on make of wheels .If there is no offset , ie zero , there maybe no marking at all .
