transmission oil

feeling silly. i recently checked my auto transmission oil on my 3 ltr 1994 surf. i decided it was too full so drained some by un doing drain plug. now it is too low and engine revs too high befor changing up, i assume this would be normal ? any way i can't work out how to top it up again. can you help. i am a newbie so plane and simple please. paul.

Down the dipstick hole mate, I used a piece of 3/8 hose, it just fits in the flare of the dip pipe with a little funnel on it, makes it realy easy
