Bad Vibrarions

had a vibration coming from rear, had rear uj replaced as it was visibly degraded, but low and behold the shudder is still there. only comes on at 20kmh . is not related to engine speed or whether in gear or not. happens on breaking and acceleration but dissapears above and below this speed. any help would be greatly appreciated

had my rear and front uj s replaced but still needed to balance the prop as we had vibration between 55 and 65 mph and the machine shop marked it all up before repair. the prop is rotating at engine prm in top gear so balance is critical
