Cleaning 4x4 vacuum sensors

Hi everyone. I was hoping someone could tell me how to clean and or unstick these type of vacuum sensors. I’ve been told they can stick and stop functioning properly. My surf is having 4x4 issues and I’m trying to suss out the issue by starting with the vac sensors and grease everything before turning to other remedies.
