How tricky is replacing rear door glass?

How tricky is replacing rear door glass?

Anyone done this?

Is it simply a case of lowering the door, taking off the panels, then winding the window up until you can see the bottom, loosening the glass and then removing the glass?

Or is there a lot more involved to get the glass out?

Its that simple, just wind it up while supporting it and pull it out, think a demister connector is all thats in the way
