t-belt &a/t oil temp lights

Can i once again call upon the forums undoubted superior knowledge. I have a 3.0ltr and when i turn the ignition key the T-Belt and the A/O Oil temp lights come on once the engine is engaged they go off is this normal or what, car is still under warrenty so if i need to get something done i would rather do it sooner than later

Perfectly normal power on self test. After all, you want to be sure the bulbs are working if either of those lights needs to come on in anger. This test checks them every time you start up.

You should get more than that lighting up, your check light in the rev counter, fuel filter water light, battery light, and glow plugs lights should come on.

cheers for that. the other lights do come on and go off but i assumed that was normal.
