help needed replacing seat covers

seems like im posting questions every hour at the moment, but taking the opportunity of these last few days before i go back to work to get loads of little jobs out of the way ............... anyway i am replacing my rear seat covers on my kzn130, and cant work out how to remove the 2 plastic holes that the rear headrest prongs go into, i need to get them out to get a clean finish on the seat cover where these fit in, the plastic flange when reinserted covers up the raw edges of the holes on these seat covers thus giving it a clean finish , really appreciate an answer so i can get these on before i have to get back to the daily chores
