Rear Window Wont Go Up!

Hey Guys.
Got A 91 Surf. Elec Rear Window Goes Down Fine From Both Key And Interior Button, But Very Intermittantly Will It Go Back Up With Either!!
Can Hear A Clicking Inside N/s/r Of Boot, But Takes Hundereds Of Presses On The Button Before It Decides To Go Back Up, And When It Does It Will Raise Beautifully, And Will Then Operate Fine For A Short While Before Giving Up Again.
Any Suggestions Please?!

Sounds like a loose connection in the motor plug, the motor itself, or any of the microswitchs that lock out the window. Wiper blade, door latches, lock button.

If its clicking form the side panel, the relays are working, but the relay contacts could be burned. You need to check the motor is getting power when its not working.
