I replaced mine with dual cone KENWOODS 100MM ones from Halfrauds its an easy job to do & they sound good to.

I did this last weekend, its very easy. I too replaced with Kenwood 100mm cones. Sounds good now

I had the added problem of one of the speakers being missing completely and the speaker box removed and the tap screw bits ground down. I got round that be using a hot glue gun and sealing it straight to the panel, seems to have worked a treat.

I replaced mine as well. The rim of the speaker cone had started to disintegrate and they were rattling and buzzing.

I went for Kenwood KFC-1059S - 100W. - £21 a pair from my local autostore.

You need 100mm diameter whatever you choose. very easy to fit, just take a bit of trim off. Speakers are sub-mounted in white plastic sound boxes. The spade connectors will swap right over and they are even odd sizes so you can't get them wrong way round. About a 30 minute job.

Sound will be much improved.
