3rd Gen Headlamp Bulbs

Anyone know what type/size/code number i'd need to look for when buying some bulbs from Halfords?

I seem to remember last time I bought bulbs (not for a surf) you found the info with their little flipchart - does this have data for the surf in it?

Mines a 96 3.0l 3rd Gen.
