    OK guys got the stereo out following details from install doctor of something. sorted and pleased i didnt break anything
    Do i need to keep the brackets on the side? Im guessing yes and mount the new radio on that then mount a pocket below on the bracket?

    Also any ideas where to stick a CD changer? I might see if I can squeeze it in a back pocket but havent got it yet so any ideas???

    Mine is under the front pass seat, an Alpine unit that came with the car.

      theres an idea - if i dont have to take the seat out I might... have to see if it comes with brackets as its from eBay, i think it does.

        You should be able to get it in without taking out the seat, as the slide way forward.

        What unit you putting in, you sure its compatable?
