Anyone got a good detailed wiring diagram for a UK 4Runner fitted with a 3.0 diesel ? Willing to buy a manual if anyone has one covering this. Cheers.

No worries, lets see if this helps
Once downloaded and saved to your PC, you need to expand/unzip the file to get at the contents, you can decide where it goes during this process.
Once it has unzipped you will have a folder called "Toyota.4Runner.1990.1995"
Open the folder and look for a file called "Contents"
Double click this and it will open in your Web browser and give you two options 1/ Complete repair manual
2/ Complete Wiring/Electrical Manual
Click on the 2nd option and you should get a full table of contents for every electrical circuit in the surf, just click the one you want and it should open straight away
