Hey guys and gals
My speedo has developed a nervous twitch I have linked a video of it happening the truck is constantly slowing and this happens when the foot is off the gas

A little info to help, on 2 separate occasions in the last few days smoke has randomly come out the dash from the steering column area, I couldn't find its source but freaked me out
