Various lights not working

Hopefully someone has an answer for this - I've just purchased a 95 3ltr gen 2 SSR-X, essentially my rear lights, front side lights, dash and number plate lights are not working. I've replaced the 10amp in drivers footwell which had been melted some time ago looking at it and am at a complete loss. An AA technician checked all bulbs and the fuse but was unable to resolve, any takers??

dash is on a different circuit to the side/tail lights. its marked gauges, the others are marked tail. all by the drivers foot
