Window woes

Ok.......... I want to get this sorted out over my 2 weeks off over Christmas. Heres a summary....

Drivers window - works fine

Front Passenger - Works fine off the drivers switch
- Goes down only on the passenger door switch

Rear (Driver side) Passenger - Works rarely on drivers switch
- Works rarely on door switch

Rear (Passenger side) Passenger - Works fine on drivers switch
- Works fine on door switch

Rear window - Works fine on switch
- Works fine on the key


So in short where do I start looking.

Look at the wires going from the doors to the pillar as the wires can break there
