speedo is out

hi, ever since I bought my surf the speedo has been 15mph out too slow

it does have 32s on but planning on putting some 35s on so will that mean that the speedo will be even more out?

anyone know how to sort it?

and why its so out, I dont think 1" bigger than standard tyres would make a 15 mph difference

and the previous owner has wrote the new speed in biro on the speedo lens lol

Either get the speedo recalibrated.
Or a Sharpie.

If you've got an electronic speedo, you could fit something like the Yellow Box.

Mine has an electronic one, and it is currently way worse than yours for accuracy due to re-gearing and 33's

I just normally use the sat nav as a speedo when out and about

My '92 has got an electronic speedo. Not sure when they changed over from cable though.
