1995 2gen 3.0td
Horn did not work so I took off the steering wheel cowl and found a wire detached from the middle of a plastic connector plate. 2 wires were attached but the 3rd onewas hanging loose. I can see that the wires are held in position by brass screws but its so restricted that I cant get on them. My question : Is there a way to get at these screws to reconnect the loose wire without removing the the steering wheel. Don't really want to do this. Can anyone help please
