wiring loom for rear lights?

evening all,

my rear lights are pretty toss, think a previous owner tried to polish them and ballsed it up...

anyway - the bulb holders seem to have melted and the bulb has become very loose and a bit intermittent over bumps,

can they be replaced? or are complete units from a breaker required?
