Dash switches

Im going to fit some spot light on my roof rack and I want to use a toyota switch. I was thinking of using a front fog light switch as its only preforming the same function and will fit in the switch hole.

Is this the best option? Is there a more appropriate switch avalable? Also do switches from other toyotas fit in the same blanked off holes in the dash as there seems to be an abundance of MR2 and starlet switches on ebay?
