Rear window switch issue

Here's a conundrum for you, my back window opens with the key in the tailgate, but if I use the switch up front it stops after moving an inch.

Any ideas?!

Not a clue...but you can pull the switch apart and clean the contacts easily...there's a roll pin in the middle you can knock through and that's it.

I'd look at using a bit of wire to bridge the connections in the plug to the switch, if the window works bob is your uncle, if not it's not the switch.
