the only difference is it doesnt come with rds but when was the last time you wanted to search for other programs on religion and the traffic reports only seem to tell you about the jam thats sitting right in front of you . fm frequency range is same as european
if you can do one to my door for £421 then i will gladly buy from you

Their frequencies are also slightly out compared to ours so 96.1 may well be 96.2
I will get a price off my rep in the morning and post it.
This unit on that american site would cost you around $850. by the time you receive it and the courier company demand the import duties, which the american company will not tell you about till you receive it

have never had to pay inport duties before we have family in texas and when we have had items sent by us postal service it just arrives no duties or tax

If you have been quoted £421 then steal it quickly RRP is £720 and my best price would be £550 delivered

the price i got was $629.95 for the unit and $70 for shipping so $700 exchange is £421 barring a few pence but that price was quoted over the phone not just from website here is the enquiries number

stereo change

I changed the stereo in my surf yesterday, it was an Alpine CD/radio and it bolted straight into where the Toyota radio came out (single din) I purchased from halfrauds the cable converter (£11.99) which made it a dodle to do, took me 45 minutes from start to finish.
If anyone buys one of the latest Alpines, you need to buy an aerial converter at the same time as the cable converter (£2.99) if you need anymore info you can get me on the MSN messenger
