Fuel cut off switch

I am looking to wire one in seen as surfs are too easy to steal. Does anyone have a wiring diagram or can tell me where the fuel pump wires are behind the dash.

I think the easiest way would just be to tap into a fuel pump wire and place a hidden switch inside the car.
