  • help mot due soon side light issue

    Guys and gals
My front side lights do not turn on when I turn the selector to side light or when I switch it to dipped beam, the main headlight bulbs work fine and so do the rear side lights.
I tried finding the fuse for the side lights but can only find fuses for the main headlights and the rear tails??
Please help mot due 1st November

    Thanks
    Yes it's a V8, don't you know I'm loco?

Check if the brake lights are working and the speedo lights, if not its normally a fuse issue, have you checked the bulbs??
well, that was a bad idea!

It might be as simple as two blown bulbs. Stranger things have happened...

Generally speaking, the sidelight circuit runs the front and rear sidelights (obviously) and the number plate lamps. Usually they'll be fused left & right too.

So, if other sidelight circuit stuff is working, check your bulbs

Sidelights, brakelights and instrument cluster lights are all fused together through a 5a fuse
well, that was a bad idea!

Normally have a tint because they have blown.
