Electrical issues

Hi all I have annoying electrical gremlins, sporadically the rear window will not go up or down so sometimes it is open and sometimes it is closed. Occasionally the same will happen to the drivers window. I also have the traditional non working rear window heater demister. Does anyone know of an auto elctrician in the winchester/basingstoke/southampton (Hampshire) area who knows the surf?? Thanks in advance mixedgas
