Can someone please tell me what it means if the airbag light is blinking constantly?

Thanks, it is a 2003 model,2.7 lt petrol(3RZ-FE engine).

I have read that it may help to disconnect the battery for a few minutes,and I did,it didn't help,and now there is a soft continuous beeping sound,and the sound changes when I turn the ignition.

Please someone help!
