wiring harness on the rear window regulator

my rear window reglator went again boo some teeth fell off so i took it back to the scrap yard for a refund so i could use the £ to get a new one looked at them on roughtrax but its just the metal parts

will it still work with just the window motor connected? what are the blue and white wires for are they essencial or easy to pick up?

well got the window working but had to disconnect the two wires that go by the door catches and now the rear window wiper doesnt work doh!
