im fitting 4 spot light to the roof of my surf. what amp rating wire should i use? what amp rating relay should i use?
will a normal 4 pin relay work?
wired up to a serperate switch on the dash?
how have people run the wires from inside the car to the roof without it looking messy?

55W at 12V = 4.5A so 4 = 18A

But I'd wire two circuits inner and outer with two fuses and two relays so you won't be left in the dark.

With roof lights you must have em switched off on the road so either three way auto (with full beam/off/on) or two way on/off switches.
