HRW and Hazard Swith Bulbs

Struggling to find repalcement bulbs for these switches - been blown for a while now but had the dash off fixing the ICE so decided might be as well to replace these at the same time. Anyone any suggestions where I might get them - local auto parts places and halfords dont seem to have anything suitable. Many thanks.

You can get them from Maplin but they're pricey. I bought a bunch from ebay that somebody here linked to but can't remember what to type in to find them.

Maybe the ICE melted and caused a fuse to blow?
