Twin Bosch Silver S5 HSB019 Fitted

Who says you need special left and right batteries for our trucks. I have just fitted twin Bosch Silver S5 HSB019 in my gen 2. Granted, they are a little bit long, but a bit of wood and they are as solid as concrete. I need to tidy up the feed for my CB and spot lights but apart from cutting a couple of cable ties I have not had to alter any of the original loom

Its if you get two of the drivers side batteries that the +ive cable on the passenger side is hard to get on sometimes. Its doable, like you've done, but the point is getting handed batteries is EVEN less hassle.

You could probably drive it around on the starter to save deisel. The first Hybrid Surf.
