Inlet manifold heater.

Does anybody have a picture of how the wires are fitted to the inlet manifold heater ? ie where the insulator goes etc....Thanks.

No pic besides what I posted in the other thread. As far as I know there is only one insulator (well the EPC only shows one) and that is between the larger terminal and the smaller one. Larger terminal on first, then insulator, then smaller terminal. There's a built in insulator fitted to the resistor between the body and the part where the large terminal goes.

Thanks Nev, I will see if the insulator is missing, if so I can machine some nylon to do the job.

Thanks Wishbone, Nev did send me that one, so to me it looks large terminal first, insulator, not to sure what the greyish thing is b4 the small terminal ?
