rear window yet again

borrowed one of the batteries off my 4 runner to start a friends car.refitted it 10 mins later only to find my rear window doesn't work.it worked perfectly before and has only recently had new motor and regulator.any ideas anyone?

Not atall no up or down from either switch?

Have you pressed the window lock button by mistake ?

no nothing at all up or down and have checked window lock button.can hear relays clicking when i press switch or use key in tailgate but window isn't even attempting to move.

problem solved

sussed it! after a big fight with dog cage to get to inside of tailgate found motor is dead! . so its ebay time again.having the battery off was just a coincidence.

Hey bro,
before doing anything

I had the same problem

I fixed it by using the rear window wiper

some times it doesn't fully lock off the window

so use the rear window wiper again,

it should go off the back window automatically

then try undo it

save you 200 bucks for a new motor or something
