  • Headlight Problem

    Hi All

Had an unusual problem the other night.

On the way to pick up the wife 30min drive no problem.
    parked up. No problem.

Came to start up & drive away and both headlights were dead.

Checked both fuses in the engine bay and both LH/RH were blown.
Had a spare in the fuse cover so tried that and the same happened blew straight away.

I had another 10amp in the spare bulb kit and robbed the 15amp from the clock/cig lighter.
    Both now working fine.

I will replace the robbed and incorrect fuses today.

But what do you think caused the fuses to go in the first place????

    Many thanks

    Steve

Could have been wetness somewhere or ice moving something it shouldn't have.
