4WD Button Inop!

Hi Guys just checking my inop 4WD button on my 2.4 Gen2 with the ignition on the button its self has no live feed and the same with the blue vac under the bonnet but the brown one dose is this normal or should the bullon have a live feed and is there a fuse anywhere?
