Hi all...a little confused , well actually very confused. Recently purchased my surf (Jap Import) came with sat nav system panasonic v700 got disk but i havnt clue how to use it ...dont even no how to turn it on ???? Probably being very blonde but can anyone help?

Did you get a disc for the UK? If so you are very fortunate, as the experience to date appears to be that the Jap Sat-nav units cannot be made to operate in the UK, usually due to lack of correct mapping software.Originally posted by DottytottyMaurice

http://www.getmanual.com/index.php?n...81380.4.162.37 this site has loads of user and service manuals for equipment. This might help as I've got some info off them previously and it's been sound.
You'll need to be specific about the device and you are best getting that directly off the chassis. Agree with the comments though as I've yet to see a Jap sat system work in europe as in some cases they are fixed to certain transponder frequencies and can only get GPS off certain satellites.Comment
