Rear Window Problems

Recently replaced the motor in my rear window with a second-hand one but it has gone on the blink again. Was wondering if the motors from the back passenger door windows would work? And if so how to get them out? Had a look today and cant even see the motor in the passenger door?

Thanks for that hoping to get up to Dalcrue and get one at the weekend. Only 5minutes from the house thankfully! Does anyone know how to get the passenger side motor off or even just where it is in the door?
