HELP with haynes!!

Hi all,

I'm trying to figure out the wiring diagrams for Haynes and max ellery's manuals - what colour is L?

Example: Chapter 12 (12-5) Standard type wiper / washer switch

Wire colours: (LW) (LB) (LO) LR) (L) (B)

If anyone knows please let me know - or if you know where i can find a Key/legend for these wiring diagrams please let me know!

I think
L = blue
LW = blue with white line
LB = blue with black line
LO = blue with orange line
LR = blue with red line
B = black

The wipers are fine by the way! I was looking at wiring diagrams because i'm going to install an alarm with remote central locking and some of the wires i need are L! (blue I hope)
