Tailgate window motor

Looks like mine has gone pear shaped.
I've looked at the posts about taking it out, ta. As my rear seats are always folded down for transporting Veg and crap, the rear windows are never used.
Is the motor for these the same? If so, can I swap it and how much of a job is it before I get carried away...

motors are exactly the same just the connecting block is different,,snip the wires and put a screw type block in
