Has anyone on here put clear lenses in the indicators and yellow bulbs in the sidelights and rewired them to work that way - it struck me today that the sidelights would make good highly visible indicators and with clear lenses the indicators would be adiquate as sidelights....what you lot think?
Did I mention I have a BLUE one

Takes about ten minutes. Apparently its legal to put your sidelights in the idicator housing too, its just a matter of getting them to fit. My indicators are in the sidelight housing and have been through an MOT like that. I've got a load of high intensity white LEDs I'll get round to fitting as sides one day...

Sure ive seen clear sidelights that have a small orange indicator protrudes slightly off the side? would make the job easier again.
