Rear Window Not Working, Help Me!!

hliux surf SSRX 3.0 (1995) can some1 please help me i'm thick and don't have a clue where to start. My rear tailgate window is stuck, it won't go up or down. where do i start, Help me please!!!

check the window lock button on drivers side arm rest

won't move from either the key or button inside???????? check fuses

Also check the rear wiper is seated properly
