    no trouble mate,easier to ask now rather than in the middle of when yr stuck lol(yes ive been there),just read back,if yr trying to fix the motor,then yes it may have seperated(hence i simply cant be arsed with it,my opinion is windin bolts etc into the motor is a temp fix),if putting another motor in,its just the three bolts and connector for wiring,and personally if i was you,id go cramped garage,last thing u want is to be stuck,then get rushed,best to take yr time,also pick up some grease when u do it,give the window mech a grease and the runners down the side,al helps,its one of those niggly surf faults,just if u grease all the mech etc,it helps a little

            umm hello,i had to disconnect subs,clear boot kinda sit in boot with head bent round,release bolts,cack myself worrying bout window dropping on my hand,then realise it was stuck solid,then crawl out,put window down,clean and regrease runners and mech and refit motor! oh and then re connect subs etc

                  lololol,not helped by the fact that im off work for a week so all my roadsiding tools were in the boot lol,old motor was quite impressive,the teeth on the plastic cog were at the very most 2mm deep,ie fcuked
