It still won't bl00dy start :(

After the fun at Run To The Sun, I have now changed the battery terminals. Went to start the engine and all I got was "click" the starter motor will not turn over. Glow plugs heat up, well the light comes on goes off followed by the beeping. Hoping I've just got a loose wire in the starter causing problems. But anyone else able to shed some light on the issue?

I agree. As said by so many others perform a search on starter motor/contacts and all will be revealed.

yeah they're pretty well charged up, but will check

Mine was doing the same after a dunking at Avalanche. Turned out the contacts were fine but the starter solenoid plunger was jammed. Good clean and a bit of grease and all was fine.
