Rear Tweeters

Need advice about the location of rear tweeters in my Surf and the installation.
Basically I don't have them, but have the room in the rear light compartment. So is the wiring block in there for tweeters to be connected? Also I have the standard rear powered speakers - is it possible to add tweeters to this standard setup or am I asking for trouble?

The tweeters are in the head lining by the rear window. The rear speakers are powered at 2Ohms and have addition wiring to feed the tweeters in the roof. Unless the prev owner took them out they/the wiring should still be in there
